Hi, I’m Peng Shen, a junior at Woodbridge High School in Irvine, California. I’m passionate about sustainability, innovation, and creating a positive impact on the environment. This website is of a nonprofit organization I founded to raise awareness about electric vehicles as a key step toward reducing carbon emissions and protecting the environment, as well as supporting groundbreaking innovations in clean transportation.
Our mission is to raise funds to support electric vehicle advancements and donate to projects that drive environmental progress. Through this platform, I aim to highlight the benefits of EVs, provide resources for learning about sustainable transportation, and inspire others to join the movement toward a cleaner, greener future.

My Story
The idea for GreensWheels began with a simple realization: transportation is one of the biggest contributors to climate change. A defining moment came during a road trip when I saw smog blanketing a city skyline, a stark reminder of our reliance on fossil fuels.
I’ve always been passionate about cars, but learning about the environmental impact of gas-powered vehicles made me see the urgent need for change. Electric vehicles (EVs) offer a real solution, but for them to make a lasting impact, they must be more efficient, affordable, and widely accessible.
That’s why I launched GreensWheels—to raise awareness, support research, and accelerate the transition to clean transportation. Through innovation and community action, we can drive a future where sustainable mobility is the norm. Let’s make a difference—one charge at a time.
